Mitu Samar


A first generation entrepreneur, Mitu Samar is the founder of a firm called ‘Eminence’, that works with renowned companies and individuals to build, establish, and protect their reputation. Additionally, She serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Times group Companies namely Junglee Pictures, Zoom Entertainment Network and Times Global Broadcasting Co. Ltd. She is also on the Board of Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited. Mitu is a certified leadership coach too. She actively coaches C-Suite leaders on making their presence impactful. She has coached over 30 senior professionals in the corporate world on growth and leadership.

She is a member of CII Indian Women Network’s Steering Council and an active mentor under CII Western Region Women Network’s initiative- ‘100 hours of change’. So far she has mentored over 150 women and young professionals on how to succeed in professional life while maintaining a healthy balance in personal life.

For her contributions in the communications space, Mitu featured in the list of ’50 Most Talented Corporate Communication Leaders 2015’ by World CSR congress and received the ‘Promising Business Communicator 2010’ award from the Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI)

Before walking down the road to entrepreneurship, Mitu served as Director, Communication and Brand Management at CRISIL – a global analytical company and a subsidiary of Standard & Poor’s (S&P). In addition, she also headed the marketing and communication role of S&P in South Asia. Mitu’s professional experience includes stints with leading companies like Aditya Birla Financial Services Group, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company & Great Eastern Shipping Company.

Mitu has pursued Masters in Economics from Mumbai University, and holds a Management degree in Business Administration from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. She has authored several articles and research papers. She also regularly speaks at various industry forums and is a visiting faculty in many top-tier B-Schools.


Roshni Rohira

Senior Manager - Client Experience

Roshni Rohira comes with nearly a decade of experience spread across multiple segments such as public relations & corporate communications, digital marketing, and event management. During this tenure, she has serviced companies across industries such as finance, real estate, and infrastructure. Roshni is an M.com in finance with a certification in digital marketing and corporate communications.

She is a self-starter, eager to engage in new initiatives while taking ownership of end-to-end reputation management needs of a client. In her leisure, she prefers spending time with family and friends, watching her favorite sitcoms or listening to music.


Harsha Saparia

A media professional with over 12 years of experience across multiple platforms - journalism, copy editing, content creation, social media management. Being an early entrant in the digital space, she has seen it evolve through various stages. Her passion for the digital medium, experience in the space and understanding of how it works are her core strengths. The role of digital media and content strategy for corporate reputation management is strategic and leveraging its true potential is her calling!
